A block is a tile that can be pushed around by Chip. Monsters can't push them and treat them as a wall. Blocks are one of the most useful tiles. They can be used to hold down brown buttons, destroy bombs, turning water into dirt, or redirecting monsters. Blocks cannot be pushed over thieves, dirt, monsters, and walls. In the Lynx version, they cannot be pushed onto hints or exits either.Blocks can be cloned, as well as pushed onto ice, force floors, and teleports. If Chip is hit by a block coming off of ice, a force floor, a teleport, a cloning machine, he will be killed. Other tiles can be hidden under blocks such as Computer Chip, Key, or fire. Blocks appear in almost every level.
