Final Destination is the last level of Tom P's third custom level set, in which is famous for being the most popular Chip's Challenge level viewed on Youtube. Make no mistake, Final Destination is a frustrating level, due to its length, luck factors, and tedious block pushing, as well as making sure not to fall into any traps. The exit at the end is considered the most evil part of the level, in which if a player walks onto the socket, Chip will get stuck and a pink ball will hit him for sure, ensuring that the player will most likely throw their mouse or keyboard across the room! The true exit is hidden away under the blue walls, and without a map is very hard to find. For those reasons alone, Final Destination is easily a 5 star rating on both difficulty levels.

So far, Tom P is the only person with video recording evidence of finishing the level in 9 minutes and 59 seconds. He admits that the level can be completed faster by moving the blocks on the left side through the bomb room, but this comes at a high risk of messing up the Glider's path, increasing the risk of death. There was originally fire hidden under one of the blue walls to get rid of the Gliders, but this was taken out by Tom P because he felt it made the level way too easy. Without a map or a guide this level would almost be impossible, since stepping on an incorrect blue wall usually means Chip's screwed.

The level has some references to the motion picture movie of the same name, such as having a "cheat death" hint message at the start, and a plane section like the movie. There are also many moments in this level where the player narrowly avoids death too, which is also a reference to the movie series.
